I want to thank JBB Nail’d It Salon for a beautiful experience today. I have never visited a black-owned nail salon. It is unfortunate, but many of our salons lack professionalism and they don’t always strive to provide the superior customer service that we deserve for the money that we spend. The extended stays in salons due to overbookings, rushed service due to poor planning, and constant cigarette breaks and every other break resulting in disgruntled customers and some of us stay with it. We have come to accept it. I witnessed something different today.

I had a relaxing afternoon with a beautiful nail tech Ms. Khalilah, and it spilled over to her colleague, Ms. Prea. I enjoyed the positive conversation and even more the energy they released. The shop is warm, comfortable, and very inviting. Great location right off the expressway. Unapologetically black owned and operated. I recommend all our black sisters visit this salon so they can experience how sisters can show other sisters that they are truly special. You work hard, you deserve it and JBB Nail’d it. They are truly waiting for YOU. Looking forward to my next visit.
